inspired by Ghibli’s movies and my father’s childhood story,
A story about two brother and sister going on a little adventure. These two little children can’t wait to meet their big brother who hides from a group of chaser. Their brother joined the independence militia army and got chased. The set is Indonesia, central java in 1940’s.
I have to do a lot of research for this and also have to twist the story so it would be more interesting to read. have to record my father’s story first… 
I don’t know about publishing this… maybe i’ll try to submit it to a publishing house someday, if the story is ready.

The first full pencil drawing in 2010. Still haven’t loose my pencil touch. i hope I can use more traditional media this year… Buat hey I just bought a Bamboo… Ah well, just keep it in balance. Traditional and digital…

A friend said to me about my “to a higher place” – the first drawing, that it looked like a post apocalyptic scene. Well yes, of course. The drawings is actually like my hopes and dream for the year 2010. I want to move to be a better person. A better job, a better life, a better me. I hope God would give me the strength to achieve the best…
Finally… after considering and saving my money for some times, I decided to buy myself a drawing tablet. I need it, for efficiency purposes. I bought myself the cheapest and simplest tablet from Wacom. The Bamboo pen. EH? why the cheapest. To adjust myself first with the feel of digital drawing pen. after I get used to it than I’ll buy a better edition.
And this is my first drawing using this tool. Not bad… I’ll practice more

The idea is to make their dreams come true in the form of comic. The whole profit will be donated to an AIDS organization.

The story is about a child who misses his daddy. The father passed away when the child was smaller. The set is a dream world where the child could meet with his father. He told him about various things he had done in the real world. About taking a bus with his grandparents. And also his wish to take on the bus with him… in the end the child must go back to real world, guided by his grand-mother’s voice. to bad it’s only 4 pages… I’m itching to make it into a longer version.
I made the colors like this for readability purposes. It’s a comic book for all ages, including for children under 10. So I made it so it won’t look too full or too complicated.
My latest work. A comic for children. The main character is a boy who lives with HIV and cancer. This is a four full-colored pages project. Each comic artist was given a story about children who lives with HIV or cancer. We were commissioned to make their dreams come true in a form of comic. I’m very honored to have this opportunity along with some famous artists .
